Overview:**

We are seeking a Responsible AI Manager to join our team, who will help our clients develop and operationalize AI strategy, governance, and risk management frameworks, while ensuring ethical and compliant considerations. **Responsibilities:**
As a Responsible AI Manager, you will:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the client's goals and adheres to their enterprise policies and procedures
* Stay abreast of AI technology trends and provide directional guidance and recommendations on ModelOps tools and solutions
* Apply combined business and technical knowledge to develop and execute ModelOps target architecture that enables implementation and monitoring of AI at scale
* Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and MLOps Engineers to implement and sustain ModelOps target architecture in the client's platform of choice
* Design and implement ethical frameworks, guidelines, and policies to govern the development and deployment of AI systems, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability
* Lead efforts to identify and mitigate biases in AI algorithms and data, employing techniques such as fairness-aware machine learning and bias detection
* Collaborate with the client's team to integrate ModelOps solution into their existing ecosystem
* Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree, or MS degree in Business, Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning
* Minimum of 5 years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles
* Proven experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or related fields, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their ethical implications
* Strong data science and/or data engineering experience
* Ability to stay updated with industry trends and AI regulatory requirements, and quickly adapt to new technologies
* Strong knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks
* Communication and critical thinking are essential. Must be able to listen and understand the question and develop and deliver clear insights
